Un país d’escoles…

… un país de músics i de cantautors, un país de comarques, un país de comunitats educatives, un país d’acollida, un país de moviments socials, un país de creadors i creadores culturals, un país de petites i mitjanes empreses, un país d’esportistes, un país amerat pel salobre, un país de llibres per llegir, un país de solidaritat, un país de societats musicals, un país de treballadors i treballadores, un país amb història i amb futur, un país de solcs i de bancals, un país de convivència, un país d’igualtats, un país de ciutadans i de ciutadanes, un país de mitjans de comunicació, un país de vents i barques noves, un país de foc i de traca, un país de mestres, un país de trellat i de prudència, un país de valors mediambientals, un país de tolerància, un país d’emigrants, un país de cent geografies, un país que raona i escolta, un país ben finançat…
Un país de festes pel valencià… un país per construir.
Potser sabem de memòria la recepta per construir un país, ha estat en la tinta digital dels nostres intel·lectuals, en les veus clares dels indignats i les indignades. També ha estat escrita amb fermesa a les pancartes reivindicatives de les manifestacions als carrers i places, debatuda sense saber-ho mil vegades a les aules, solfejada pels nostres cantautors als escenaris, mastegada entre dents pels desheretats de la vida, festejada per les generacions joves que temen el futur incert, anhelada pels qui esperen que fructifique l’esperança i xafardejada a les tertúlies que apanyen el món. Serà una recepta en què hi posarem tots i totes les mans, en què tots remenarem l’espessa barreja, en què mil mans enfarinades la ficaran dins del forn, on es courà a bona temperatura aquell país que tots i totes desitgem.
Però, tinguem-ho clar, l’objectiu últim d’esta construcció serà recuperar un país per als seus ciutadans i ciutadanes, un país hipotecat per la corrupció que ha de restablir una convivència intoxicada, recuperar unes senyes d’identitat que van ser adulterades, recuperar unes fites socials que han de pertànyer al segle XXI i que són l’embrió d’una nova societat. I en la recuperació de la dignitat del nostre país desitgem que estiga el valencià, com l’oli que adoba tots els ingredients, constituint tots els sabors.
Amb eixa intenció, volem que la política lingüística del nostre país siga transversal a tota l’acció de govern de la Generalitat, volem que els programes d’ensenyament en valencià es generalitzen a tot el nostre sistema educatiu, volem que l’educació plurilingüe utilitze el valencià com a llengua vehicular, volem que el requisit lingüístic s’incorpore a l’accés a la funció pública i que hi haja formació lingüística permanent, volem que la nova RTVV siga al 100% en valencià i que es multipliquen els mitjans de comunicació en la nostra llengua, volem que s’impulse el creixement del sector cultural valencià i en valencià.
També volem una educació inclusiva i no segregadora, volem una educació que cultive la consciència crítica, volem una educació no dogmàtica, volem una educació dels recursos cooperatius, volem una educació que construïsca el coneixement des del raonament, volem una educació arrelada en els valors socials i culturals, volem una educació que conjugue la coeducació i la igualtat, volem una educació professionalment ètica, volem una educació fonamentada en l’aprenentatge vivencial i en els procediments científics, volem una educació que treballe la intel·ligència emocional, volem una educació participativa gestionada democràticament, volem una educació transversal i multicultural…
I estic convençut que per a gaudir d’este model educatiu abans haurem de derogar la LOMQE, una llei mercantilista que subjuga l’educació a les regles de l’economia de mercat, una llei classista que glorifica el poder adquisitiu i una llei segregadora que crea vies mortes per a aquells que posseeixen menys capacitats.
Així mateix, cal treballar en una nova llei educativa orgànica que reflectisca la realitat plurinacional i plurilingüística de l’Estat Espanyol i que acabe amb l’Espanya dels tòpics, que odia la diversitat territorial, que considera un maldecap les altres llengües de l’Estat, que cultiva el menyspreu sistemàtic a les cultures perifèriques, que es nega tossudament a estar a l’altura dels reptes del segle XXI.
