Escola Valenciana: ‘Anem cap al model de l’escola que volem’
Segons dades que ha recopilat Escola Valenciana, durant el proper curs 2016-2017 hi haurà una obertura de 323 aules per al Programa Plurilingüe d’Ensenyament en Valencià –PPEV–
El president d’Escola Valenciana, Vicent Moreno considera “important” el fet que durant el proper curs 2016-2017 hi haurà una obertura de 323 aules per al Programa Plurilingüe d’Ensenyament en Valencià –PPEV– ja que “es tracta d’un arranjament escolar en positiu que ens condueix a la recuperació de l’escola pública, de qualitat i en valencià”. Un total de 495 noves línies s’introduiran a les escoles del país el curs 2016-2017. D’aquestes, 323 seran línies PPEV i 172 en PPEC, cosa que crearà 12.375 vacants, de les quals 8.075 són per a docents que fan classe amb la metodologia d’immersió. La major obertura de línies en valencià en l’escola pública s’ha produït a la demarcació de València amb 202 aules en valencià, mentre que a les de Castelló i Alacant l’obertura de línies ha sigut de 83 i 38, respectivament.
Aquestes dades globals que ha obtingut Escola Valenciana es deriven de les dades públiques proporcionades per Conselleria d’Educació.
El president d’Escola Valenciana, Vicent Moreno, ha expressat que “s’ha obert el camí per a la recuperació de l’escola pública, tan sacsejada els últims anys, i també per a la recuperació de la qualitat educativa”, de manera que “anem cap al model de l’escola que volem”.
El programa òptim
Des de la fundació d’Escola Valenciana, arran de la implantació de la Llei d’Ús i Ensenyament en Valencià –LUEV– l’any 1983, aquesta entitat ha defensat l’ensenyament en valencià com “el programa òptim” perquè “és l’únic que assegura el domini equilibrat del valencià i del castellà”. Així que, el PPEV, “s’hauria de generalitzar a tots els centres del nostre país perquè està vist i comprovat que és el que acompleix els objectius de la LUEV i és l’únic que facilita l’aprenentatge d’una tercera o quarta llengua”.
El Manifest de les Trobades 2016, reflex de l’ideari d’Escola Valenciana, ho aplega així: “Un país d’escoles és una aposta per una educació pública, de qualitat i en valencià. Una aposta per una societat on l’ensenyament en valencià estiga present en tot el sistema educatiu, Infantil, Secundària, Batxillerat, Persones Adultes, FP, universitat…, i en tots els centres, públics i concertats, de tot el nostre territori, sense exempcions.”
