Els reptes educatius en un món en crisi

Com bé assenyala el títol de la jornada, la crisi econòmica ha generat un debat sobre els models que ens administren, no sols econòmics, sinó socials, polítics i culturals. Davant els intents d’una part de la classe política, i dels poders a l’ombra, de reeditar els mateixos models que han fracassat, la ciutadania n’ha de proposar uns altres, a la mida dels seus interessos i expectatives col·lectius, amb la suficient càrrega de futur i amb la suficient espenta regeneradora.
L’educació s’ha vist involucrada en la col·lateralitat de la crisi i també ha d’encetar el debat sobre quin model educatiu és el més adient per a reconstruir una societat amb uns materials que ens allunyen de les seqüeles del capitalisme salvatge i de la ideologia neoliberal que han instaurat al nostre voltant l’individualisme més oportunista i insolidari, la competitivitat més destructiva i insana, una ètica pública i privada sempre reversible i dúctil. Aquestes polítiques han erosionat la cultura democràtica, els valors que cohesionen la societat, han impedit un creixement econòmic sostenible i mesurat, han menyspreat l’educació com a eina de transformació social…
Però aquest debat necessita un àmbit on fructificar, on arrelar, que assumisca la capacitat de prendre iniciatives. Aquest àmbit no pot ser un altre que les nostres comunitats educatives, doncs és un espai de reflexió que compta amb l’avantatge d’estar pròxim a les estratègies d’aprenentatge, a les experiències educatives que són els primers escalons per accedir a la societat del coneixement.
A més a més, les comunitats educatives han de cultivar un alt grau de complicitat activa amb els projectes socials i culturals promoguts per organitzacions i entitats comarcals, les quals orienten els seus esforços a millorar la qualitat de vida dels ciutadans i ciutadanes de la Ribera, mitjançant campanyes de sensibilització i mobilitzacions socials.

Estudiants universitaris de la Ribera, professorat dels centres educatius, mares i pares pertanyents a les AMPAs de la comarca…
Format
Una exposició oral dels ponents, de 45 minuts i en forma de taula redona, acompanyada, si se vol, d’algun audiovisual. En finalitzar la intervenció dels ponents, els/les assistents hi participen amb comentaris, preguntes, propostes…

Gratuïta. Mitjançant correu electrònic i formulari.

Per a 30-40 persones.
