Escola Valenciana ha fet públics els llocs i les dates de les diferents Trobades que s’organitzaran durant aquest 2016. Enguany, el mes d’abril concentra el major nombre de festes per la llengua que organitzen any rere any les coordinadores comarcals inscrites a Escola Valenciana en col·laboració amb les escoles, mestres, pares i mares d’alumnes i entitats cíviques.
Així, aquest any Viver, Montaverner, Barxeta, Muro, Vilamarxant, Algemesí, el Puig, el Pinós, Agost, Castelló de la Plana, Sedaví, Alacant, Guardamar, Patraix, Port de Sagunt, la Font d’En Carròs, Ondara, la Vila Joiosa i Benassal són els pobles amfitrions de les 19 Trobades d’Escola en Valencià que tindran lloc a partir d’abril, mes que aplega un total de 15 festes per la llengua, i que es clouen en juny.
Aquests esdeveniments festius i reivindicatius són possibles gràcies al compromís de les coordinadores comarcals que formen part d’Escola Valenciana, la implicació de mestres i professors, pares i mares, alumnes, associacions cíviques i entitats de cultura popular que any rere any aconsegueixen reunir milers d’assistents per a celebrar el fet de parlar valencià i demanen la normalitat de la llengua, alhora que fan visible el valencià com a llengua de prestigi social.
“Un país d’escoles”
‘Un país d’escoles’ és el lema que agermana les 19 Trobades d’Escoles en Valencià que tindran lloc durant la primavera 2016 i també és la consigna que tanca la trilogia encetada fa dos anys amb ‘La nostra escola’ i ‘L’escola que volem’. En aquest sentit, el president de l’entitat cívica, Vicent Moreno, ha comentat que “des de la Junta de la Federació d’Associacions per la Llengua hem acordat que ‘Un país d’escoles’ recull a la perfecció la personalitat d’Escola Valenciana”, en tant que “posa en valor l’escola i la tasca del conjunt de mestres que formem els ciutadans del futur, els qui més tard faran el país i, per aquesta raó, volem que estiguen educats en una escola de qualitat i en valencià amb el millor mestratge i amb les millors condicions”.
Les reivindicacions del model educatiu ‘L’escola que volem’ que va llançar l’any passat Escola Valenciana “són ben vigents”, ja que des del si de l’entitat es continua demanant nous fonaments per a una nova escola basada en “una educació amb valors, una educació que fomente la pau i el diàleg, una educació amb sensibilitat cap al medi ambient, cap a la cultura, que respecte les diferents ètnies; volem una educació laica, inclusiva, de convivència”, segons ha adduït el president.
